Contraindications and cautions
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 µg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15. Always read the label. Use only as directed.

Medicine interactions
Calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium may decrease absorption and efficacy of some medications. If taking bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, thyroid hormone, penicillamine, methyldopa, carbidopa or levodopa separate doses by at least 2 hours.
